Heh well honestly I've never had this many at once. I usually fry them in some butter, pic related. They're also fine without coating in flour. I am planning on using them on a pizza tomorrow, but I haven't decided if I should fry them a bit to get rid of moisture or just put them on raw. I might just do half of each. I've never had a better mushroom.
