Poor fags in my country eat this shit. It's basically corn flour, they add it to boiling water, and eat it with cheese or tomato sauce. A lot of carbs, but not many nutrients. I ate it for lunch today because I was in a hurry, it's really really fast to cook, you can have it in 3 minutes
