Is it possible to get addicted to the caffeine that is found in tea?

Post about tea or something. Anyway I inadvertently bought a both a green and black pinhead gunpowder, how do I actually brew these? On the latter I completely ignored the container and went about 200f for 3.5 minutes (tin said boiling for 5) and it's alright but I don't know if I'm doing it correctly

Also friendly reminder loose leaf is barely any more work than teabags if you use a french press, stop using bags

Hey /ck/ I've always just lurked on this board but recently my girlfriend decided she wanted to try and get into Tea and I need your help. Now I've always told myself that I fucking hate Tea even though I have only ever had Lipton green tea (I know I am a pleb.) I was wondering what the top tier types of Tea are that we could try together, any suggestions?

>meet a new chick
>she invites over for lunch
>offers tea
>tea is tasty, say would like another..
>get up to go to the kettle
>see no kettle
>ask where's kettle?
>she say no kettle, microwaved water
>bye.

I don't have time in my life for stupid people.

I coach a team of elementary school kids for academic competition. This Saturday is our biggest tournament. It lasts from about 8am to about 6pm and in the past, the kids start fatiguing out at about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. We'll win all of our matches until then but then the kids are too tired to go on.

This year I want to bring refreshments to help with this, but I don't even know where to start? I know lots of foods that can replenish you physically, but is there anything that will help with mental exhaustion?

For some reason I think tea might help, but I have no idea why I think that. I've think I've heard mint is good too, but again who knows.
