Used to use Hungry Planet brand plant based meat at my old job. Never actually tried it on a burger, but the stuff was ok. The texture was passable, the flavour was somewhat off, but as a plant based alternative, it works. You can make it taste pretty good with additional spices, but it did tend to fall apart quite easily the more you fucked with. Deep fried it was very convincing.

Tried some of it raw once, it was fucking vile.
