A mold would be your best bet. Carving that shit would work too because you can just melt whatever mistake you make again and again until it's perfect - but that would take a lot of damn time each time you made a mistake because you'd need to let it dry/freeze each time you try again.
But a mold might be a lot more difficult to obtain. You'll want to make an outline of the frog on paper and just kind of expand its dimensions on paper, and then start making some kind of compound mixture-based mold that you can apply heat to (easy). Once you have the frog on paper you can begin outlining its width on the mold material and just start digging further into into the mold until you reach the frogs depth.

Pour your chocolate in and start doing that latte swirl shit to get that white/dark chocolate mix she likes. I'd also invest in a bunch of peanut butters for when the slab gets a little bland and dull tasting.
