I drank 24 drinks at my work's open bar christmas party. Was I hung over? Yeah, but I was sober enough to stumble onto the train and get home at a reasonable hour. If I'm going from a pool chair to my room to the buffet 18+ drinks (nine doubles) is easily doable. But no, you arent going to get your money's worth out of a deal like that.
