frozen peas, a great way to fill out a meal. had leftover pasta and crumbled sausage, and then filled out like 2/5ths of the volume in frozen peas. I feel satisfied.

made a spinach parmasian feta sause too that was great. salt, pepper, garlic powde,r msg, dried parsly, and chili flakes. reheated in a pan. It was golden. wish I took a picture. peas are a great way to extend the volume of a meal if it looks anemic (as long as they aren't canned peas with canned peas tastw).

is there anything green peas can't do?
