So apparently the big no no behind don't wash your burrs with soap and water is the rust phobia. You heard right. As long as you're able to dry the burrs completely they will not rust.
Home coffee market is especially targeted towards midwits, and the simplification of the matter was deemed safer. Thus don't wash your burrs anon, unless you're not totally retarded and are able to properly dry two metal pieces.
