Seriously, why are Mexicans so butthurt when it comes to someone making their dishes? Whenever I search for a recipe there is always some beaner whining in the comments section that it's not the way it's meant to be made.

Hey /ck/ My friends are hosting a byog taco party (that's Bring Your Own Guts).

I'd like to hear some interesting taco gut ideas. I'll probably end up bringing al pastor but I've also made asian tacos with:

Fried chickpeas in a sweet and sour sauce
Rice
Pureed chipotle in adobo
queso fresco
avocado
