i started to become more health conscious about a year ago. i went on a 5 day juice diet, stopped drinking soda and stopped eating at places like mcdonalds, bk, taco bell etc.

now i eat out maybe once or twice a week at a subway, chipotle or actual restaurant. i started cooking my own food daily, and preparing some meals ahead of time. i also started exercising every other day, but really need to turn it into an every day thing. im now buying organic veggies and milk, also using ground turkey instead of beef.
