There’s a pizzeria Alberto constantly shills on his Instagram profile that now I want to try even though when I’ll go visiting him I need to go to Manifattura Alimentare for that decadent pasticcio ferrarese.

This is an episode from food advisor, an Italian tv show where the chef/host goes to a city and chooses 1 local dish and then he meets with “advisors” who bring him to their favourite place to eat the version of that specific dish they make at that place and in the end the host chooses the best one and the advisor wins a gift card to spend at the winning restaurant.

The video sounds like shit but at 38:51 you can see manifattura alimentare which is one of Alberto’s favourite places and IIRC they serve his goffee.
