Does anyone else love the smell of the butchers?

I'm beginning to think I love the smell of raw meat more than I do cooked meat. Maybe even addicted to it.

Pretty sure it doesnt taste as nice as it smells tho. Does anyone just eat the meats raw? Sausages, mince, steaks, whatever? Are there tasty ways I can try near-raw meat that isnt just rare steak?

I like t-bone or ribeye... but sirloin is perfectly fine for me in most cases... cooked medium. Maybe a side of steak sauce if i feel like dipping a piece or two, but other than that just salt, pepper, and maybe some butter, herbs, or oil.
