Just buy a meat thermometer(thermapen if you can) cook it to 145 F, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
I’ve never overcooked a chicken breast doing this, even if it’s boneless.

Did I get jewed, or is it worth it.

Smoking pork shoulder soon and I felt like I needed a good thermometer. But damn, $80 bucks for something that I was expecting to buy at Safeway for a dime.
