pine needle tea #1 source of vitamin C and doesn't taste to bad, i drink it any time i get sick. Just make sure you get the right kind or pine or it will cause abortions

look into pine needle tea, its one of the highest sources of vitamin C and you get a bunch of calories from it like you would with fruit. WARNING. learn and know which type of pine tree your getting them from because some are poisonous and cause abortions. Also you want fresh young needles and rinse them off
