I dont feel motivated to cook for some reason, but don't have money to eat out and want healthy food with a good amount of calories. I'm finding that I'm eating too few calories and more sugary bullshit, processed starch shit, sodium and just meat.
I'm bored of the banana egg spinach drink thing I've been practically living off of for the past few months and I'm done making Joe's Special every day, but I'm also really bad at effectively stocking a fridge and not ending up creating new life in my fridge somewhere because I didn't use or didn't feel like using something or couldn't think of a way to use it.
How can I go back to actually making and eating food in a healthy manner while also saving money, not getting bored if food, and not living in mortal fear of a particular can in my fridge?

And I guess it goes without say don't just tell ne to make a basic turkey sandwich or an omelette or something.
