Guys, does anyone have a good microwave enchilada recipe? Is it even a thing? I bought a stack of corn tortillas the other day because they were only $1 and I like corn tortillas, I don't know how to use them all though. I've just melted some cheese on a couple in the microwave and it tasted really good, like a cheese enchilada without the sauce. So I was thinking why not just make some enchiladas with these? I don't have an oven, just a stove, microwave, and slow cooker. Favorite enchiladas are with shredded chicken and either salsa verde or sour cream sauce, but open for anything.

Any god-tier enchilada recipes that I can alter to cook in the microwave?
