I say make some sloppy joes with it. Get a nice block of some hard sharp cheddar for slices, potato buns would hold up nice with that too.

Favorite burger? When applebees had the "All day brunch burger"

Favorite chains? Wendys makes the best fast food burger imo

Favorite way to cook at home would be grilled, spicy garlic seasoning and cracked pepper mixed into the 80/20 beef (some shredded cheese if I'm feeling wild) and grilled rare or medium rare, Muenster cheese on top for the last couple mins to melt, with stone ground mustard on brioche or potato buns
Favorite toppings would of course be American cheese and bacon

Things I think suck? Pickles on burgers, and Five Guys chain.

How was the camel burger? I'd definitely try it. I live in the us and got frozen kangaroo burgers one time and I really liked them. They were just expensive so I never bothered buying them again

Roo meat is great. Got roo burgers from the grocery store (I live in ny) I grilled them medium rare and they were as soft as ground beef but tasted like really good steak
