I'd agree with that. the west coast has a broader variety and is all in all a better place for sea food, with better traditions. Also you have those stupid hot dogs with mashed potatoes and stuff, which you are quite famous for.

Northernmost parts of Sweden

This is kaffeost (coffee cheese), which tastes a lot like a less salty version of Haloumi. It's commonly put in coffee to soak before you eat it, but here instead served with cloudberries, which is absolutely fucking delicious.

It's weird that Sweden has such good cuisine, when Norway and Finland seem to hate their own.
