>the whole experience takes at least an hour, sometimes close to twice that
>server who is most likely barely literate expects 25% of the total cost of the meal for correctly delivering a simple order
>food is nearly all microwaved, yet still takes 45 minutes to be served
>overall food quality has just gone to total shit in the last 15 years, tastes worse than most items from the frozen isle in the grocery store

It's like McDonald's quality food at 3 times the price and with an hour wait. I honestly don't know how they're currently in business.

Did you guys know you can order a whopper medium-rare like a steakhouse?
It has changed fast food for me since I learned this.
