Because the average cup of coffee does not contain enough caffeine to pose an issue, and you'd need at least ten cups within 6 hours (half life of caffeine is about that) for it to actually pose an issue like a heart attack. Or you could be a retard and go for shit like Death Wish coffee to get your entire day's worth in only one or two cups.

All that said, coffee provides a wonderful synergistic effect when paired with tobacco. That's where things get a little messier with heart health, but it is definitely worth it.
