What would you eat if you had not eaten in 36 hours?
Oh my god I am such a hungry skellington right now.
I decided to fast today instead of tomorrow for my 5:2 diet that yes I am still on.
I have lost at least ten pounds so far!
What should I eat for breakfast tomorrow?

Wow, Thursday already. I am ready for my fast with a fresh thermos full of tea!
This will be my sixth fast day and will conclude my third week of the 5/2 diet.
I seem to lose 1 pound per fast day.
I hope this continues!
