Rosół - a traditional polish soup wich is basically chicken stock with wegetables and home made pasta or dumplings.

Botwinka - one of my favourite soups served in spring and summer, made from swiss chard, potatos, sour cream and lemon juice.

Zupa ogórkowa - absolute mindfucking soup made from dill pickles
