Make sure you get tonkatsu curry, pic related.

If they have it, amaebi (sweet shrimp) is one of the best nigiri you can get imho. it's fresh shrimp not the weird dried shrimp you usually see (ebi), though that stuff's alright too.

Otoro (fatty tuna) is the best fish for sushi of all time but also pretty rare.

As far as rolls spicy tuna rolls are good.
