I usually find quantities a loss of time. I pinch out the dough (after it rested and raised for as long as it took the sun to pass 18 degrees tangent to my position). I make a lip by pinching and folding. Melted butter is used on the crust to make it more golden brown after cooking. Cook at 488.7kelvin for 18minutes (or done. Personally I just wait until it's done).
