I'd use deenz for my omega 3 but all the ones you can buy in Sweden are either in sunflower/rapeseed oil or in tomato sauce which contains rapeseed oil. I hate this disgusting fucking country so much. Also this is what we eat here, shitty powder that you whisk with some hot water to make mashed potatoes, and some fabricated mystery meat sausages drowned in sauces to mask the lack of flavor. Fuck this hell on earth.
