basically this. it's good on freezer pizzas, as it has a thicker consistency than most hot sauces, and has other flavors that mesh well with asian foods. my personal favorite is pic related, which is lower in heat than sriracha, but has a much more complex flavor profile due to the aging process.

don't cook with an overly bitter beer (like an IPA) as it will cook down and become a very prominent and overpowering flavor. though i did do a brine with an experimental batch of All Day IPA which was aged in spent barrels used to make Blis Blast. second strangest beer i've ever had.

This has quickly become my go to sauce for pure flavor. I have several insanely hot sauces I use to spike it if I want more heat.

this is my current favorite hot sauce. it's milder than a majority of other sauces, but has a significantly more complex flavor profile from being aged in barrels that were used for beer, maple syrup, and bourbon.
