Is it healthier to eat nothing for three months and only drink water or eat burger king three times a day for the same period of time?

So this is by far the worst major fast food chain right?

Any time I get a burger from here it's some burned dried up piece of shit, and I've gone to like 3 different locations

i'm /fit/ though, excess body fat is not a problem for me... also soy products are cheaper then their other counterparts. Tofu is cheaper for me than chicken breast, soy milk is cheaper then regular and soybean protein isolate is cheaper than whey for protein shakes
