I like this thread, but don't insult everyone's intelligence by pretending that gardening and cooking is more closely related to weapons than a war, you neckbeard schizo.

The radiation used in a Microwave isn't ionizing, it won't fuck with your dna or that of your meal nor will it make anything radioactive.
The sole reason it's dangerous is because it can give you thermal burns, which is kinda expected for something supposed to heat up stuff.

UV light will actually give you cancer, it's ionizing radiation and skin cancer is a result of this. If you don't think visible light can heat stuff, hold your hand in front of a 30 Watt laser in the visible spectrum and report back. Or look into a 1 Watt one, those burns in the retina are permanent.

It wouldn't- there are no nociceptors in the brain; the heavy protection of the skull and subsequent layers of membrane are assumed by the body to be impenetrable, plus if something's digging around in your brain it's likely too late for a painful stimulus to be of any use. Some brain surgery procedures are done with the patient conscious, so they can update the doctors on how they're feeling.
