Put your soyfaces on and get ready to head to the axe throwing bar that will absolutely still exist two years from now. Let's hear about your favorite local booze. I'll start.
I'm from Arkansas, which is like manlet Texas. Rock Town distillery makes some excellent whiskey, but my personal favorite is the Brandon's Gin. Tastes a lot like Tanqueray 10 except much less citrus and much more "old people" flavor. Goes fantastic in a Gin and Tonic, even better in a martini.
Arkansas also has some great breweries like Lost 40, but I'm not much of a beer guy so I don't pay very much attention to them.

Currently trying to find a gin that's better than the one from my home state's distillery. Rock Town's "Brandon's Gin." I've tried a shit ton of gin over the past few months, and nothing even holds a candle. If you can pick it up, do. It excels in cocktails, tastes great neat, etc.
I live in third world country (Arkansas) so I guess that makes the alcohol better.
