This steak is overcooked. If you like your steak well done you have no appreciation for flavor and are likely some whiny man child who is paralyzed by his fear of germs like some stringy meal mouthed schizo. The type of person who wants their steak well done is the same type of person who smothers everything in ketchup and only eats mild cheddar cheese. I hope someone spits in your food every time you order just so that I know your weak beta mommy loving ass is ironically chowing down on some short order cook's loogies when you think you are preserving your fragile body by consuming overcooked meat

This might be a topic for /trv/, but how do you guys go around findings restaurants when you're on vacation?

I'm looking to get some steak in Hong Kong.

Should I bother with chain restaurants like Morton's or Ruth's Chris?

Whats your favorite sauce to have on your steak? I love me some ketchup but are there any better?
