Brulee is in the oven at 325 with about 6 minutes left. I was a little worried about the consistency of the liquid, but from the videos I watched after I had already committed to them to the oven appears to indicate I have the correct consistency. We'll find out in 6 minutes I guess. Going to top them with vanilla sugar to brulee, which I made with fresh vanilla bean and sugar in a jar
