are food stamps supposed to be meal replacements or supplements, hell an extra 5$ or so to that could add some ground beef, me and my GF generally only buy 30$ worth of food every week and we aren't budgeting or anything, we don't have kids but if we paid attention to prices and only bought great value and cooked cheaper meals we probably could stretch that 30$ to also meals for other family members
