They arent terrible cooks in genera, it just feels like sometimes they don't even know how much seasoning they add to food.

like the other day I bought some thai bird's eye chilis instead of the crappy supermarket chilis that hardly have any heat at all.
My mother made a stir fry and added like 8 of the bastards because they "were so tiny".

Yeah I had a good laugh, but you couldn't taste anything else in the dish anymore.
