Hey /ck/, I'm looking for side dishes that store/reheat fairly well.

I've got a nice setup where I come home from work for lunch every day, usually have something cooking with my sous vide thingy. Looking for some sides that I can easily reheat or cook alongside the pork/chicken/steak/whatever I'm immersing. Any suggestions? I'm sick of canned vegetables.

Pic (mostly) unrelated

What are /ck/'s favorite meals to make on a Sunday night that make lots of leftovers for a few days?

Mine's probably chili, or a big pot roast.
