Commenting on my usage of white tea kept in a resealable polypropylene bag within my refrigerator. It has been several days since I did it, but I have noticed no degradation in flavor or aroma whatsoever. I was unsure if it may be affected since white tea is still 'active' similar to some heicha/pu'er, but it seems that, at least for short storage durations, this is not an issue. I wouldn't expect it to develop in the refrigerator, but for any of you who have some unbalanced environments, this may be an option for you to consider. Mylar would probably be preferable, though.
