Like a lot of people, I am on a budget. I was wondering what is the best way to prepare frozen vege that allows it to retain the most nutrients?

Cheers guys. Also sprouts just because I love them, which thankfully are sold so cheap fresh here.

Nah, I've had them plenty of times, cooked many different ways, and they always taste like dirt.

If food needs some magically perfect recipe just to attempt to make it not taste like crap then it's a crap food.
