I literally can not eat enough of this sweet sauce. I love it so much.

During my initial tasting I set the mood with Casiopea's first self-titled album Casiopea (1979); which made the tasting more than a tasting or a sauce review. It was an experience, one that I'll never forget.

The sharp notes of vinegar pair well with the extreme, often-overbearing sweetness. The sweetness itself is akin to an artificial sweetener, but in truth the Secret Aardvark Trading Company only use pure cane sugar. When the sugar and the vinegar mix the sugar is dissolved into a purer form. This signature sweetness contrasts nicely with the mild heat emanating from sun dried, despiced habaneros fresh from the farms of indigenous farmers of the Qintana Roo state of the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico.

The sun-dried tomatoes make a delicate pairing with the habaneros and the sugar.
A mild Caribbean tone emanates from within the bottle.

The sauce goes nicely in a sweet bloody mary, on chicken tenders, veggie burgers, hot dogs, mac n cheese, raw silken tofu, edamame, haribo gummies, pocky, mochi, sushi, egg rolls, taco bell, chipotle and other authentic Mexican cuisines.
