Mole poblano and tacos de birria are my absolute favorites, but pic related is one of the best dishes in Mexican cuisine. Too bad it only gets made once a year.

Has anyone tried this dish? There's a restaurant around my area that is making it for the month of september and I'm undecided between going to another mexican restaurant and eating lamb birria or eat this. Is it worth it?
