I want a cheap easy meal that can satisfy my hunger and most basic nutritional needs that I can eat 3 times a day without dying.

Right now what i'm making is spam (low sodium), cheddar, and spinach on wheat bread, occasionally with mustard and/or ketchup, washed down with high pulp orange juice or water depending on the time of day. three meals of this per day costs me around $1.50 and I never get tired of it. wanting to add rice to the formula though to replace bread, any suggestions as to how? could just toss everything into a bowl but that's boring. problem with sandwiches is they get soggy if I try to store them in the fridge, finding a way to just cook a bunch of food every weekend and store and eat it throughout the week would be ideal. the overall goal is to eat for as cheap as possible with as little effort as possible. any suggestions for other dirt cheap meals would be welcome too.
