I left some stew inside a sealed pressure cooker for like a month (sudden trip for personal reasons) and when i came back to it and opened it it had this hard fungi all over the place
Cleaned it as much as i could but there's some stains and black deposits at the bottom of the pan i can't scrub off no matter how hard i try
Already tried lemon, hot water and vinegar. I'm boiling water with baking soda in it as we speak and hoping that allows me to scrub that shit off

Is this pot fucked? Will i have to throw it away?

>decide to finally pop that roast i've been wanting to have in the slow cooker
>don't bother putting other shit in there bc fuck it
>can't even find the salt shaker, pepper only, final destination
>8 hours pass, too lazy to get up - a while longer won't hurt, who cares
>now 12 hours have passed, still don't get up
>after 15 hours i have no time left in which to eat, time to go to work
>turn off slow cooker, just leaving roast in there until I get back, determined to heat it up again and eat it later - possible bacteria growth be damned bc too lazy to put it in the fridge
>come home, turn it back on, promise myself i will get up and eat it in an hour
>2 hours pass
>2 more hours pass, and pass again and again
>roughly 36 hours since i originally began cooking, i just give up
>unplug the cooker and accept it as a total loss
>i never took a single bite of roast
>the roast is still sitting inside the cooker, days later
>not even i know when i will get around to actually throwing it out

I've decide to start cooking at home here at uni. My dining plan is about to run out and I'm kind of freaking out because I have no idea what to make. I've also hardly ever cooked before. Any suggestions? I'm not a picky eater at all but I'm totally in the dark in terms of what to do right now.
