Yeah, I'm sure I missed some key nutrients today with my peanut butter and chocolate binge.
But yesterday my only meal was tofu with kimchi alongside some raw spinach, cucumber, carrots, green onions and a cup of green tea.
The day before that I had a potato with turmeric and some coconut oil.
I'm absolutely sure that 90% of Americans don't eat "enough" fruits and vegetables, but the fact still remains that they wouldn't be selling as many as they sell if most of them were going to waste, because then the farms would just be losing money.

Can someone please explain clearly how you actually order a drink at a bar? I’m scared to go to one because I feel as though I’ll be humiliated by everyone for not knowing the terminology that they use.

What is “on tap”? What is “on the rocks”? Can I just say “one beer please”? What’s the difference between beer, liquor, vodka, alcohol, mixed drinks etc.? Do you pay right then and there or do you put it on a “tab”? What if you say “put it on my tab” but then you just get the drink and leave?

Yes I am a trough monster. I waddle my fat ass straight past all of that salad bar bullshit and go straight for the prime rib and seafood. Tasty meats, deep-fried treats - I pile them on. One plate, two plate, three plates, four! Ima' beast. If I don't dump a solid two-flusher after a visit to a buffet then I have failed as a human being.
