I have a Staub one like in the OP and love it. If you're going to buy a high-end one I think it's the best of the lot, above Le Crueset and the rest. Not really worth it above a Lodge one unless you have the cash to blow though.

They're great for bread, stews, braised meats, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
