Looks good, anon, and thanks for asking.
I'm just having leftover chicken since I roasted a whole one and I live alone.
I have all of the breastmeat left. I reckon I'll roast it again to get it crispy and eat half, then make a fricassee out of the other half and the rest of the gravy tomorrow.
