Look for Ezekiel bread if your grocer has a frozen 'natural food' section. It's twice the price of regular bread but it's highly nutritious and very tasty. It's literally whole grain bread, as in the grains are not ground into flour, and there is no refined sugar added. It needs to stay in the fridge so toasting is usually necessary. I highly recommend it.
