Protein goes by weight, you want 90g to 120g of protein per day. That's because that is how much your body needs, depending on how much you exercise and stuff like that. So, 360 to 480 calories from protein per day.

Gluconeogenesis (conversion of protein to glucose) is inefficient at about 57% conversion, though, so it's not like you're gonna die from eating a bit more, especially if you spread it out across the day. If you're doing OMAD as well and eat more than about 150g of protein then you're probably pushing it.
