This video was hard to watch. It did look like unhappy employees throwing stuff down hatefully.

Also, I don't eat off of the table, and I don't care where I am but if that serving dish isn't sanitized, I don't want it.

That's a stretch.
To me, it looks like a complete joke for a picture because the onions are dangerously perched on the dirty end of a stemmed glass.
Also, that amount of vinegar and oil would dress about 6 cups of salad greens, and since they're not emulsified, the user would be forced to pour it all out, completely flooding their plate, or else only the oil.
