Persimmons are a favorite. If you can get ahold of chocolate persimmons, do yourself a favor and try one. My favorite fruit.

I know that everyone knows about pomegranates, but I'll mention them since I don't really see people eating them. They're like a box of jewels of deliciousness.

Big fan of lychee also.

I was at a restaurant today that said their aged sirloin burger was their best menu item.
I decided to try it, medium, and was blown away how flavorful and delicious it was.
The only thing that confuses me is the "aged" part. How do you age a ground meat? Over/in some some salt or brine?
Why isn't this done more?
