I hope it will be bugs. Seriously, I was a vegetarian for 10 years, and I have to say Yeast is not very versatile. Bugs are probably pretty different, we're talking hundreds off millions of years of evolution. And there are hundreds of thousands of species to choose from, breed and optimize for flavor.
