I have 5 bowls of dough sitting in the fridge since thursday, gonna make them tomorrow.

Made the balls extra large since I've always made my pizzas so thin. Thin is nice, but I haven't had a thick pizza for a while.

Anyone else dislike mozzarella? I can eat it, but it doesn't give me much of a "ooh" feel compared to normal cheese.
