Looks okay. Veggies are slightly overcooked and I'd add a protien of some kind. Needs some spice unless the BBQ sauce is already hot so I'd add something to compensate for that.

Your knife work looks like shit though and extremely inconsistent between vegetables.

Sea Salt or Kosher salt by default. Depending on the dish I'll also use Hiwa Kai or Pacific Blue, but both are typically 'after' salts...meaning not for cooking.

Don't know how quirky this is but I always listen to music when I cook at home, and I pick the music depending on the dish. Last week I made orange chicken while listening to Daft Punk, and prior to that I made shepards pie while listening to Pink Floyd.
